Key Responsibilities:Station at The Education Match kiosks in major malls across Mumbai.Engage with parents and visitors, explaining how The Education Match can benefit their child's career and educational planning.Conduct mini-counselling sessions to address career-related queries from parents and students.Provide clear and concise information about career paths, courses, and colleges in India.Maintain a professional and approachable demeanour to create a positive experience for kiosk visitors.Keep accurate records of interactions and feedback received at the kiosk.
Qualifications:Experience:
1-3 years in career counselling or a related field.Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related fields; additional certification in career counselling is a plus.
Skills:Fluent in English; knowledge of additional Indian languages is an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle questions about career planning and provide guidance confidently.Professional appearance and demeanour suitable for a mall setting.Tech-savvy, with basic knowledge of using online tools and platforms for career guidance.
