Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Career Psychologist to represent The Education Match at our kiosks in prominent malls across Mumbai. As the face of our platform, the candidate will engage directly with parents, providing them with insights about The Education Match and answering queries related to career counselling.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Station at The Education Match kiosks in major malls across Mumbai.
  • Engage with parents and visitors, explaining how The Education Match can benefit their child's career and educational planning.
  • Conduct mini-counselling sessions to address career-related queries from parents and students.
  • Provide clear and concise information about career paths, courses, and colleges in India.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanour to create a positive experience for kiosk visitors.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and feedback received at the kiosk.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in career counselling or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related fields; additional certification in career counselling is a plus.

 

Skills:

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional Indian languages is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle questions about career planning and provide guidance confidently.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour suitable for a mall setting.
  • Tech-savvy, with basic knowledge of using online tools and platforms for career guidance.
