About Nimbus Roots:

Nimbus Roots is a tech-driven brand accelerator helping D2C and retail brands scale across e-commerce, modern trade, quick commerce, and offline distribution. We partner with high-potential consumer brands to Relaunch, Reposition, and Reimagine their market presence.

As we onboard new partner brands, we're looking for a dynamic Online Catalogue Specialist to manage and optimize product listings across marketplaces and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Create, upload, and manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Jiomart, and Quick Commerce apps (e.g., Zepto, Blinkit).

2) Write SEO-friendly product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.

3) Coordinate with photography and creative teams to ensure high-quality catalog visuals (infographics, A+ content, etc.).

4) Ensure catalog consistency across platforms in terms of pricing, stock availability, categories, and tagging.

5) Troubleshoot listing issues including delistings, content rejection, compliance flags, etc.

6) Conduct regular audits to update outdated content and maintain catalog health.

7) Analyze competitor listings and update your catalog strategy accordingly.

8) Maintain a tracker of ASINs/SKUs, listing status, and performance metrics.

9) Coordinate with brand managers and category teams for new launches.

Requirements:

1) 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce catalog management (fashion/FMCG/home/lifestyle categories preferred)

2) Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace panels (Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)

3) Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization for online listings

4) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple listings across platforms

5) Familiarity with tools like Helium10, SellerApp, Canva, or Adobe Suite is a bonus

6) Good written communication and creative presentation skills
