Theideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of this platform with excellentcommunication skills to ensure effective delivery and support.In this role, you will:● Work with our global customers to identify their target audiences' training needs,acquire an understanding of customer applications and processes to derive actionableinsights and use cases to improve digital adoption● Manage numerous projects, initiatives, and engagements concurrently● Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables acrossprojects and be compliant throughout● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bringprocess efficiency to our customers● Review, analyze, and optimize solutions to increase digital adoption usage by end-usersRequired Expertise● 2 to 6 years of experience in any of the following domains - Instructional Design, 2 to 6years of experience in any of the following domains: Instructional Design, TechnicalWriting, Customer Success, Account Management, and Software Development.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationshipswith multinational stakeholders, understand the purpose of various customer businessand enterprise applications, processes, and user personas.● Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment with an inclination tosolve issues, bottlenecks, and problems with an analytical mindset.● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BusinessAdministration, or a related field.Preferred Skills● Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies.● Experience in one or more industry verticals, such as IT, ITES, Healthcare, BFSI,Manufacturing, FMCG, and Oil and Gas.● You have proven experience in successfully onboarding customers, end-users, andemployees onto a variety of enterprise SaaS applications. Your background isn't limitedto one type of software; you know how to adapt to different platforms and user needs.● You possess exceptional listening and interpersonal skills, allowing you to accuratelysense and understand a customer's true needs, wants, and underlying pain points. Youexcel at looking past the surface-level request to find the real problem.● Familiarity with other enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, HCM, etc., such asSalesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc., would be an added advantage.● Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML will be an advantage
