Hands-On Approach: Be comfortable with a hands-on approach to tackle operational challenges, such as order allocation, inventory management, and logistics coordination. Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric mindset, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time while addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. Accountability: Take ownership of the order process and ensure the timely resolution of any issues or discrepancies that may arise. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including production, logistics, and customer service, to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and resolve any cross-functional challenges. Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to optimize supply chain processes, implement best practices, and strive for operational excellence. Commitment to Excellence: Maintain a mindset that “good isn’t good enough” and consistently look for ways to raise the standard of performance and efficiency within the supply chain. Compliance: Ensure that all network operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of network operations for reporting and auditing purposes.
What You Bring to the Party:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Problem-Solving Techniques: Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies like Six Sigma is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, external partners, and customers. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, draw meaningful insights, and make data-driven decisions. Proactive Attitude: A proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying and addressing supply chain issues. Supply Chain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and logistics operations Order Process Ownership: Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end order processes, allocation, and fulfillment. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Capable of accommodating US time zones. Must have: Proficiency in using PowerBI/Smart Sheet/Excel/Google Sheet.
