Responsibilities:


• Assist the Accounts Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable and receivable, and other financial accounts on a regular basis to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data.

• Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions and proper allocation of expenses.

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

• Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Assist in the preparation of tax returns, compliance filings, and other regulatory requirements as needed.

• Provide support during internal and external audits, including gathering documentation, answering inquiries, and resolving discrepancies.

• Advanced working Knowledge of TDS, Stake GST, Tally and B2C accounting


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

• Need 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping and reporting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues and opportunities.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
