Job Summary:As the Assistant Manager - Accounts, you will be a vital member of our finance team, contributing to the accounting and financial operations of our conglomerate. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chartered Accountant with a strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and prior leadership experience in the manufacturing industry. Your primary role will be to support the finance operations, assist in setting up financial systems and processes, and collaborate in the startup mode as we expand our conglomerate.

Key Responsibilities:Accounting Support:

Assist in managing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in compliance with relevant accounting standards.Technical Expertise:

Apply your knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) to ensure financial reporting compliance and best practices.System Implementation:

Contribute to the establishment and improvement of financial systems and processes, enhancing efficiency and transparency.Startup Mode:

Embrace the startup environment, actively participating in the setup of accounting operations and adapting to evolving requirements.Compliance Assistance:

Support the finance team in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting obligations, collaborating with auditors and regulatory bodies when necessary.Financial Analysis:

Assist in providing financial analysis and reporting to senior management, aiding in informed decision-making.Budget Support:
