- Job Title: Finance and Office Assistant
- Location: Hybrid Job
- Type: Full-time

**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Billing and Invoicing
- Prepare and send invoices to clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing of products or services.
- Maintain billing records and documentation.
- Follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and issues.
- Assist in setting up payment plans and arrangements for overdue accounts.
- Maintain a record of all communication and payment commitments.
- Update and maintain financial spreadsheets and databases.
- Provide administrative support to the office as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and order when necessary.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Handle basic office maintenance tasks.
- Generate regular financial reports for management.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA fresher / Associate's degree or relevant certification in finance or administration is a plus. Knowledge on billing and payment follow-ups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. This Finance and Office Assistant position offers a great opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of our office while gaining experience in finance-related tasks.
