Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance and operations of facilities, ensuring safety and efficiency in all activities. Daily tasks include managing maintenance staff, coordinating with vendors, implementing safety protocols, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Facilities Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, planning, and optimizing the use of resources.
Qualifications
- Experience in facility management, operations, and maintenance
- Knowledge of safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and inspection procedures
- Strong organizational, budgeting, and resource management skills
- Effective communication and team management abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with facility management software and tools is a plus
