Position: Showroom Manager
Location: Sabhan Furniture, Omassery Branch
Department: Sales & Operations
Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Manager / Corporate Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels and display arrangements.
  • Implement sales strategies, schemes, and offers as per company guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and visual merchandising standards of the showroom.
  • Handle customer issues, escalations, and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with logistics and accounts departments for smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain sales reports, staff attendance, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
