  • Monitor and review daily sales performance of the team.

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance/training.
  • Ensure discipline, punctuality, and grooming standards of all showroom staff.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Ensure excellent customer service and manage escalated customer issues.
  • Maintain contact with prospective and existing customers for repeat business.
  • Oversee test rides, delivery process, and ensure timely customer follow-up.
  • Showroom Operations
  • Maintain vehicle display, cleanliness, and showroom ambience as per brand standards.
  • Ensure test ride vehicles are in perfect condition and available at all times.
  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for smooth delivery flow.
  • Reporting & Coordination
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and stock reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for promotions, events, and lead management.
  • Keep management informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication & leadership skills
  • Strong sales planning and negotiation abilities
  • Customer handling and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of EV (Electric Vehicle) segment preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14, ₹35,000.00 per month
