Position Overview :

Key Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Executive with proven experience of 1 - 2 years to join our growth-focused team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT services and consulting, a strong understanding of Upwork, freelancing platforms, and other bidding portals, AI/ML technologies, and hands-on experience working with clients in international markets, especially across the US and Europe.

This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and the ability to build long term client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate qualified leads for IT services, with a focus on the USA and UK markets.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Explore new markets, identify prospects, and develop outreach strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for proposal and pitch creation.
  • Take ownership of targets, reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Present insights and market intelligence to management when needed.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring smooth communication with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams.
  • Track and manage daily/weekly activities in an organized manner.

Requirements :

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales in a service-based IT company.
  • Proven expertise in lead generation and pipeline development for the US/UK regions.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and other bidding portals.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong task ownership, accountability, and reasoning ability.
  • Excellent time and task management skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Attributes :

  • Previous experience working with international clients.
  • Good understanding of IT services such as AIML, Cloud (Azure and AWS preferred), DevOps, or Data science Services.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing market conditions.
