Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing accounts. Daily tasks include engaging with potential clients, developing business strategies, fostering relationships, and driving business growth. Additionally, the role requires excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of proven experience in Business Development / IT Sales
- Strong background in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Solid Business Acumen with excellent communication skills
- Proven Upwork bidding skills (mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the IT / Software industry is a plus
