ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)Location: Pan IndiaEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are looking for an experiencedServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)to lead the design, governance, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to align platform capabilities with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Own the overallServiceNow architecture strategy , ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.Define and enforcearchitecture principles, design standards, and best practicesacross all ServiceNow implementations.Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT leaders to translate business needs into technical solutions.Leadhigh-level design, solution workshops, and technical governancefor ServiceNow initiatives.Provide oversight and mentorship to developers, solution architects, and technical consultants.Ensureintegration strategywith enterprise systems and applications is consistent and secure.Stay current onServiceNow product roadmap and releases , advising leadership on opportunities for optimization.Required Skills & Experience:ServiceNow CTA certification(mandatory).12+ years of IT experience, with at least 6–8 years in ServiceNow platform design and architecture.Strong experience across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, IRM, etc.).Expertise inServiceNow integrations, data architecture, and workflow design .Proven ability to lead technical teams, conduct design authority boards, and manage stakeholders.Strong knowledge ofcloud-native architecture, ITIL processes, and enterprise governance frameworks .Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.Preferred Qualifications:Additional certifications (CIS in ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, etc.).Experience working withlarge-scale global ServiceNow implementations .Background in Agile/DevOps delivery models.Knowledge of enterprise security and compliance frameworks.Why Join Us?Opportunity to lead high-impact ServiceNow programs.Work with a highly skilled global team of architects and consultants.Exposure to cutting-edge ServiceNow products and enterprise-level digital transformation projects.
