Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. This mid-level, full-time position is based in multiple locations of South and North India . The ideal candidate should possess 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, particularly within the telecommunications industry. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in sales roles, particularly within the FTTH and telecommunications industry. In-depth knowledge and understanding of FTTH solutions and technical specifications. Expertise in channel sales and B2B sales strategies with a successful track record of achieving targets. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and manage agreements effectively. Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into successful sales opportunities. Proficient in developing and implementing pricing strategies to stay competitive in the market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships. Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making to adapt to changing market conditions. Qualification: MBA in Sales & Marketing. Prefer Candidate from Kerala & Willing to travel All India. Language proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu & other Indian languages Roles and Responsibilities Manage and oversee sales operations across designated areas to maximize revenue growth and market share. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing and sales plans. Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their skills and improve team performance. Track sales performance metrics and report on achievements to senior management. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely solutions to customer issues. Participate in industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products and services.
