Assistant Vice President Sales

Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed thresholds pertinent to success as define by sales goals & objectives.
Build and manage sales pipeline & be an individual contributor in addition to
building/managing sales team.
Articulate and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to prospect
leadership, including C-level leadership.
Day to day management of existing accounts to expand the company's footprint.
Lead efforts to up sell the Company's Intelligent Automation platform licenses and services.
Be responsible for preparation of customer proposals in collaboration with internal
teams.
Negotiate and close deals in timely manner keeping quarterly targets in mind.
Use consultative skills and technical knowledge to develop and maximize sales
opportunities.
Build excellent relationship with partner community to identify opportunities and
expand pipeline.
Generate and execute sales campaign ideas and maximize sales funnel.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
10+ years of prior sales experience in software services industry.
Prior experience of selling Enterprise Software such as BPM (Business Process
Management), RPA (Robotics Process Automation), ERP, ESB, BI, Enterprise Portal.
Demonstrated leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding presentation
and organizational skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota on quarterly basis.
Extremely good time management skills.
Ability to overcome hurdles to advance sales cycle for timely closure.
Proficiency using mainstream PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM
solutions such as salesforce.com
Compensation:
Industry standard;
Fixed + Variable (linked to yearly revenue quota)
