Responsibilities:
 Meet or exceed thresholds pertinent to success as define by sales goals & objectives.
 Build and manage sales pipeline & be an individual contributor in addition to
building/managing sales team.
 Articulate and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to prospect
leadership, including C-level leadership.
 Day to day management of existing accounts to expand the company's footprint.
 Lead efforts to up sell the Company's Intelligent Automation platform licenses and services.
 Be responsible for preparation of customer proposals in collaboration with internal
teams.
 Negotiate and close deals in timely manner keeping quarterly targets in mind.
 Use consultative skills and technical knowledge to develop and maximize sales
opportunities.
 Build excellent relationship with partner community to identify opportunities and
expand pipeline.
 Generate and execute sales campaign ideas and maximize sales funnel.
Requirements:
 Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
 10+ years of prior sales experience in software services industry.
 Prior experience of selling Enterprise Software such as BPM (Business Process
Management), RPA (Robotics Process Automation), ERP, ESB, BI, Enterprise Portal.
 Demonstrated leadership skills
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding presentation
and organizational skills.
 Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota on quarterly basis.
 Extremely good time management skills.
 Ability to overcome hurdles to advance sales cycle for timely closure.
 Proficiency using mainstream PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM
solutions such as salesforce.com
Compensation:
 Industry standard;
