Om stillingen: Vi har nylig inngått en strategisk avtale med Safran Aircraft Engines om produksjon av nye aksler (shafts) til LEAP-1A-motoren, som brukes på Airbus. Dette er en del av et globalt program med over 10 000 motorer i bestilling og mer enn 30 millioner flytimer allerede gjennomført. Vi må styrke vårt tekniske maskineringsmiljø for å lykkes med satsingen Du vil få en nøkkelrolle i produksjonen, med ansvar for operasjonsplanlegging, teknisk dokumentasjon, produktoppfølging og kontinuerlig forbedring. Du vil jobbe tett med CNC-programmerere, andre kvalitets og prosessingeniører, samt produksjonsteamet for å sikre robuste og effektive løsninger. En detaljert rollebeskrivelse vil utarbeides i samarbeid med deg og basere seg på din kompetanse og dine interesser. Et utvalg av nedenstående oppgaver vil stå sentralt: Bidra til innføring av nye prosesser, teknologi og Industri 4.0-løsninger Utvikle og dokumentere «best practice» for standardiserte maskineringsoperasjoner Fokusere på Zero Defect Manufacturing og kontinuerlig forbedring Utarbeide og vedlikeholde kvalitetsdokumentasjon for egen produksjon Følge opp og overvåke kvalitet, samt drive forbedringsarbeid Delta i PPAP-prosesser og sikre godkjenning av produksjonsdeler Samarbeide med kunder, leverandører og sertifiseringsorganer Delta i interne og eksterne revisjoner Vi ser etter deg som har: Relevant utdanning fra høyskole/universitet – gjerne kombinert med fagbrev Produksjonserfaring – helst 3–5 års praksis, men nyutdannede oppfordres også til å søke Erfaring med ERP-systemer, gjerne TeamCenter (TCM) og SAP Kjennskap til måleteknikk og tegningslesing Erfaring innen kvalitet, inkludert grunnårsaksanalyser, statistisk prosesskontroll, risikostyring og PFMEA Meget gode språkkunnskaper i norsk og engelsk, både skriftlig og muntlig Et glimt i øyet – du trives med utfordringer, samarbeider godt og bidrar til et positivt arbeidsmiljø Vi kan tilby deg: Opplæring i moderne produksjonsmetoder (Lean) Konkurransedyktige betingelser og bonusordning Gode pensjons- og forsikringsordninger Et inkluderende og faglig sterkt arbeidsmiljø Mulighet til å jobbe med produksjon av komponenter til verdens mest moderne flymotore Kandidater vil i forbindelse med rekrutteringsprosessen bli vurdert ihht de amerikanske eksportregelverkene International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) og Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
