We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Project Manager to support our CEO and the management team with day-to-day operations and project management tasks. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity for growth, contributing directly to high-level decision-making and project execution.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence (emails, calls, etc.) and ensure timely responses.
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
Conduct research, collect data, and create reports and summaries.
Analyze and provide feedback on various management reports.
Facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Coordinate and track projects and initiatives.
Maintain and organize physical and digital records.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Project Management Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of project planning and internal operations.
Collaborate with teams across manufacturing, commercial, QA/QC, and non-technical departments to plan monthly deliverables.
Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
Serve as the single point of contact for internal operations, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Apply problem-solving skills to address cross-functional team issues.
Provide regular progress updates to the Head/Director on vendor selection, project plans, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives, especially regarding new trends like regulatory changes or emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or relevant field.
3-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Manager to senior leadership in a reputed company.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Canva.

Strong research and analytical abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work independently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across all organizational levels.
