In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and the site team, ensuring smooth communication and high satisfaction throughout the home-building process.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on the progress of their residential units.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with site engineers to ensure timely execution of requests.
Offer expert advice to clients on design choices and construction solutions.
Coordinate between internal teams (site, engineering, finance) to ensure all client requirements are met efficiently.
Manage project documentation and ensure timely handover of homes to clients.
Address client queries and proactively manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, or Business Administration.
2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in real estate, construction, or project management.
Strong understanding of construction processes and timelines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with site teams and other departments.
Proficiency in project management tools (Excel, ClickUp, etc.) and documentation management.
