Operational ResponsibilitiesDIC SupportAnalyst DigitalIncubation CenterArabic speakingwill bepreferred
Provide robust project Management support.Develop internal reports to track project progress and keyperformance indicators. Provide analyticalsupport and benchmarking against bestpractices. Assist in organizing andcoordinating Idea Camp events including intake programs andtraining sessions for new startups. Helpmanage the application process for startups seeking to join theIdea Camp. Coordinate with mentors andtrainers to ensure smooth execution of the Idea Campcurriculum. Provide logistical supportduring Idea Camp events including setting up venues andcoordinating with vendors. Assist inplanning and organizing events to help startups expand into newglobal markets. Coordinate with localpartners and stakeholders to support startups in their market entryefforts. Help manage relationships withinternational partners throughout the Go to Marketprogram. Assist in the implementation of theMentoring Program by identifying suitable mentors coordinatingmentoring sessions and providing administrativesupport. Support the Training and SpeakerSessions program by assisting in the organization of workshopscoordinating with speakers and ensuring smooth eventlogistics. Actively support with programdelivery ensuring appropriate rigor and structure is implemented inall program deliverables. Support withonboarding of new vendor to the Digital IncubationCenter. OtherResponsibilities Promote activecollaboration between the Digital Incubation Center iLab and TAMSUAccelerator. Coordinate with each programfor regular performance reports ensuring transparency andaccountability. Support with monitoringquality standards across all three initiatives ensuring they meetor exceed set benchmarks. Assist in theplanning and execution of events that involve participation fromthe Digital Incubation Center iLab and TASMUAccelerator. Coordinate logisticscommunication and materials to ensure seamless collaboration acrossinitiatives. Support with the implementationof best practice document managementpractices. Contribute to the alignment ofkey performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics across the DigitalIncubation Center iLab and TASMUAccelerator.Assist in developing a unifiedreporting system that provides a comprehensive overview of thecollective impact of the initiatives.
