Liasoning with government offices include submission of applications, processing and obtaining sanctions, seeking relevant statuary approvals and clearances from various concerning departments. Drafting legal documents for submission of tenders to government authorities and obtain release order, attend pre-bid tender meeting. Interacting and working closely with government officials towards the speedy implementation. Provides the intact information as per the updated Government Policy, Act and Procedures. Secondary Responsibilities: Coordination activities as per the requirement Formulating and summarizing reports, minutes of all meetings conducting industry research Requirements Key Responsibilities Monitor government, corporate, and private portals for relevant tenders and business opportunities. Prepare, collate, and submit all tender-related documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements. Liaise with internal departments (finance, research, operations, etc.) to gather necessary information and obtain approvals. Maintain tender database, track pre-bid meeting submission and update on bid progress and outcomes. Attend pre-bid tender meeting Ensure all tender documentation and submissions adhere to legal and regulatory standards. Address post-submission queries and facilitate further documentation requested by clients or authorities. Prepare regular updates on tender status, results, and competitive bench marking. Skill Set and Competencies Graduate in any discipline; with a background in business administration. 3+ years of experience handling tenders, preferably in a survey / consulting industry. Knowledge of tendering norms, bid drafting, and proposal submission processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail is a must Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of tendering portals. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Customers: Internal - Employees from HO External - Govt.
