Be the backbone of pre-sales and execution activities,supporting strategic business wins from the backend.🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:🔹 Deal Registration (DR) ManagementRegister deals with OEMs such as Dell, HPE, HP, NetApp, Commvault, Microsoft, Veritas, OracleEnsure DR hygiene through regular updates, follow-ups, and communication with the sales teamCoordinate with OEM representatives on deal approvals, escalations, and case resolutionsMaintain and update daily DR reports across all OEMsShare Active Deal Sheets of key OEMs with the sales teamProvide deal/order-related data to the purchase team as needed🔹 Tender & E-Procurement ManagementHandle registration and documentation on e-Tender portals including GeMEnd-to-end ownership of tender submissions—from document checklist creation to final uploadCoordinate with internal teams (IT, Sales, Operations, Accounts) for input and document compilationTrack and assign GeM tenders to the relevant salesperson based on account mappingParticipate in pre-bid meetings and vendor demos when required🔹 Other Key ResponsibilitiesStay updated on all live opportunities, deals, and RFPsCoordinate with customers to understand technical/commercial requirementsCreate basic technical solutions, Bill of Materials, and system configurations using OEM tools (Servers,Storage, Workstations, Laptops, Desktops)Support solution design activities in collaboration with the sales and technical teams🧠 What We’re Looking For:3–6 years of experience in deal registration, tender coordination, or sales operationsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing deals and documentationFamiliarity with GeM portal and OEM partner portalsBasic understanding of IT hardware and infrastructure (Servers, Storage, etc.)Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation toolsExcellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skillsAbility to work under tight deadlines and cross-functionally with sales and technical teams🎯 Why You Should Apply:Work with top OEMs and learn about IT channel sales operationsBe at the center of high-value deal and tender processesCollaborate closely with sales, purchase, and technical teamsEnhance your skills in both private and government procurement workflowsGrow into roles such as Pre-Sales, Sales Operations, or Tender Management Lead📢 Ready to Be the Backbone of Strategic Deal Execution?If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to contribute to business growth throughprocess excellence—we’d love to connect with you
