Deputy Manager - Debt Management Services - The Wheels 
Job Purpose 
Achieve assigned targets across various parameters. Manage the Car Finance business while maintaining compliance standards. Handle relationships with partners and agencies.

Duties and Responsibilities- Achieve collections targets by visiting customers and agencies.
- Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
- Ensure compliance with legal guidelines during product repossession.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
- Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
- Daily management of the DRR (Daily Risk Report).
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
- Track cases individually and ensure resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.
- Portfolio management and debt collection strategy execution.
- Ensure target achievement and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct reporting and analysis for ongoing improvement.
- Risk management and mitigation.
- Team leadership and vendor management.
- Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience- Proven experience in collections, preferably in the car finance sector.
- Understanding of legal guidelines related to debt collection and product repossession.
- Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle escalations and resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience in daily risk management and report generation.
- Ability to develop and implement effective collection strategies.
- Portfolio management experience.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and risk management skills.
- Leadership experience and ability to manage vendors.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with clients and partners.
