Job Title: Senior Manager - Operations

Job Location: Chennai

Role Objective:

We are recruiting a Senior Manager - Operations with 8-12 years of experience in Project Management and customer relationship management

STEP is a Chennai-based digital education startup and a division of The Hindu. Our mission is to solve one of the most challenging problems of our time: use technology to close Indias skills gap.

Role & responsibilities

  • Accountable for Project management of all projects, with direct ownership of large-scale Govt. projects.
  • Ensure that B2B (Corporate & Higher Ed) projects are delivered within specified Scope, Time, Cost, and Quality.
  • Establish a good rapport with all clients/stakeholders. Customer satisfaction and retention of existing B2B clients.
  • Accountable for the Project & Delivery Teams mentor & manage the team to achieve Project Milestones.
  • Process owner for all B2B Projects, process improvement, process documentation and responsible for ensuring Compliance.
  • To collaborate with internal stakeholders (Tech, Training, Content, Sales, Finance teams) to ensure flawless project delivery and process compliance.
  • To ensure optimization of revenue through increased efficiency and reduced costs.
  • Experience in handling corporate clients is required.
  • Experience in Ed-Tech/ Higher Education domain is preferred.
