JOB DESCRIPTION Req ID:     We are currently seeking a Oracle HCM Senior Functional Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). 6-8 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM  Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM overall solution and the high-level Human Resource business processes and their function in an organization Basic understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning or Payroll) Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM  Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies Apply knowledge of one or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules to business processes in various domains or industries Able to communicate solutions to more junior consultants.
