We are currently seeking a Oracle HCM Senior Functional Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

• 6-8 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM

• Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM overall solution and the high-level Human Resource business processes and their function in an organization

• Basic understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution

• Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning or Payroll)

• Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM

• Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies

• Apply knowledge of one or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules to business processes in various domains or industries

• Able to communicate solutions to more junior consultants.

• Architect solutions and develop proof of concepts for demonstration to clients and prospects.
