Responsibilities


  • Looking for Maximum 4 years of experience.
  • Identify and build relationships with potential clients to understand their real estate needs.
  • Market and promote properties through various channels, including online listings, open houses, and networking events.
  • Assess and value properties accurately, considering market conditions and property specifics.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve favourable outcomes.
  • Prepare and review real estate contracts and other legal documents.
  • Stay current with real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of local real estate market conditions and pricing.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as appraisers and inspectors, to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the real estate agency.



Qualifications and Skillsets



  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for real estate and a results-driven attitude.
  • Real estate license (if required in the region).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
