- Assess and value properties accurately, considering market conditions and property specifics.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve favourable outcomes.
- Prepare and review real estate contracts and other legal documents.
- Stay current with real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the buying or selling process.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of local real estate market conditions and pricing.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as appraisers and inspectors, to ensure smooth transactions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the real estate agency.
Qualifications and Skillsets
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Self-motivated with a passion for real estate and a results-driven attitude.
- Real estate license (if required in the region).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
