
Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the entire sales process for premium and referral customers from the corporate office.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients and referral customers.
- Track and follow up on leads received through referrals, corporate channels, and brand campaigns.
- Coordinate with dealerships, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth and timely vehicle delivery and after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve any customer issues or escalations professionally and promptly.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and customer feedback reports to management.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building ability.
- Professional demeanor suitable for interacting with premium clients.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams effectively.
- Strong follow-up and customer engagement skills.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 2–4 years experience in sales, preferably in automobile or premium customer handling.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
