What will you be expected to do?
Being the Delivery Excellence Senior Associate, you need have 7-9 years of IT Delivery Excellence experience in Tier 1 MNCs in India
Work Location: Phase 1, Hinjewadi, Pune
Scope of role:
- Should have experience in driving CMMI, ISO, ITIL Practices.- Work with senior executives, peers and partners and build their trust to bring focus on obtaining mutual success.- Institutionalization of processes, methodologies and tools across the organization covering onsite and offshore centers / teams.- Align the delivery center to the common practices and technology that are defined by GDN centers to create operational scale.- Participate and define processes at regional and global level as part of GDN activity to support the business.- Drive & support efforts to align to global standards for processes that will allow GDN centers to leverage scale by driving consistent practices and avoiding wasted cost/effort.- Should have experience in working in delivery role supporting the project on core delivery activities like requirements, Design, Coding and Testing activities.- Should have industry domain knowledge on one or more areas like Insurance, Communications & Media Life sciences, Health care etc.- Constantly benchmark the delivery performance and trigger the necessary actions to improvise the overall GDN delivery capabilities.- Foster innovation, best practices and knowledge management culture that can enable teams to design, develop and reuse best practices to improvise the efficiency and effectiveness of business services.- Preferably agile certified.- Should have the experience in driving agile processes and methodologies for large portfolios.
