Operating across Europe, the US, and beyond, we combine creativity and innovation to deliver high-quality fashion solutions to millions of customers worldwide.We are expanding our digital marketing operations and seeking talented Online Marketing Specialists to strengthen our paid media performance and accelerate growth in the EU & US fashion markets.Your RolePlan, manage & optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).Implement SEO/SEM strategies to boost visibility & lead generation.Track & analyze KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROI) and generate actionable insights.Run A/B tests, remarketing, and funnel optimization.Collaborate with creative, content, and e-commerce teams.RequirementsProven experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing.Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO/SEM tools.Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.Fluent in English (other EU languages are a plus).Independent, proactive, and comfortable in a remote setup.Must have a Windows-based computer (for cloud system compatibility).What We OfferRemote-first culture – work from anywhere.Salary:• Part-time: $55+ per hour• Full-time: $9,500+ per month (plus benefits & commission bonuses).
