Also, ensuring specific round-the-year initiatives for high engagement and retention of this pool of talent.Associate Experience - Critical touch points: identifying the critical touch points, and conceptualizing and ensuring execution of the Associate Experience strategy from an HR & Admin. stadpoint cutting across all people processes.
