Job Role:

Enterprise sales and business development representative for an IT Services and consulting organization.The Account Manager will be responsible for generating, nurturing and qualifying leads and deal closures for net new opportunities in the US markets.Mandatory Skills:2 to 5 years of sales , insides sales experience in IT sales is preferred.Experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Teams, and Salesforce CRM is preferredProfessionalism and excellent presentation and communication skills to handle and present to all levels of business and technical team members from customer and partners.Ability to work with cross-culture, on-shore/off-shore teams and clients.Experience working in inside sales across US and European marketsExcellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of technical and business customers and prospectsExcellent communication skills with dynamic decision-making abilities in a high-paced, high-growth, and delivery-oriented environment

Roles and Responsibilities:

Capture new business with new customers (targets specified, inbound leads, etc.)Capture new business from existing customers (valued at >$500K)Works with Esri and SAP reps to maintain harmony and alignment in accountWorks with Amazon or MicrosoftEngaging, thoughtful and consultativeProjects company values and moralsAccountable for results

Required SkillsGood communication, presentation and interpersonal skills .Ability to learn complex and enterprise software solutions and provide demos to prospects.Understand and communicate the key value propositions to the prospects.Identify the correct point of contact for an accountHandle objections by understanding prospect needs and pain points.Ask discovery questions to gather prospect information for salesMaster the repeatable daily process put in place by leadership.Manage the sales process and communication in the CRM accurately and consistently.Consistently accelerate lead volumes
