Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and maintaining the office premises, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of all office areas, including restrooms, pantry, and meeting rooms.
  • Prepare and serve beverages such as tea and coffee for staff and visitors.
  • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, such as stationery, pantry items, and toiletries.
  • Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Provide assistance to colleagues as required, contributing to a productive work environment.
  • Adhere to established safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
  • Assisting in the coordination of office events and functions, including setting up decorations and arranging catering service
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting and moving objects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
  • Proficiency in the local language is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.
  • Reliable transportation to commute to and from work.
