About the Role :


We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow devloper to join our team.


In this role, you will be responsible for driving the implementation, customization, and integration of ServiceNow to meet the specific needs of the business.

You will apply your expertise in ITSM and ITOM to develop and optimize workflows, enhance user experiences, and ensure smooth integrations with other business systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow implementation, with proven ability to manage multi-project deployments, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver solutions that align with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and other modules across the organization.

- Oversee the design, configuration, and deployment of solutions in ServiceNow.

- Work on the integration of ServiceNow with external systems (such as third-party tools, ERP systems, or other service management platforms) using integration tools and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and improve business processes.

- Customize ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management, to fit the specific needs of the business.

- This may involve building custom workflows, business rules, and UI policies.

- Lead and manage multiple ServiceNow projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and timelines.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, including IT, HR, and other departments, to gather requirements, identify process improvements, and implement effective solutions in ServiceNow.

- Utilize JavaScript, Python, and other scripting languages to automate workflows, tasks, and processes within the ServiceNow platform, improving efficiency and reducing manual interventions.

- Ensure the quality of the implemented solutions by conducting comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and refining as needed.

- Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards in all configurations.

- Provide training sessions and create documentation for users, administrators, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure that end-users are comfortable with the features and functionalities of the implemented solutions.

- Offer ongoing support for ServiceNow post-deployment, identifying areas for improvement, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements or updates as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications :


- 5-7 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow, specifically in ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) and ITOM (IT Operations Management).

- Deep understanding of ServiceNow features and functionality.

- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, delivering successful implementations within defined timelines and budgets.

- Strong working knowledge of ITSM principles and best practices, as well as experience implementing ITOM solutions such as Event Management, Discovery, Orchestration, and Cloud Management.

- Experience with integrating ServiceNow to other enterprise systems (e., SAP, Salesforce, JIRA, etc.) using integration tools such as REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and MID Servers.

- Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, or similar scripting languages for customizing ServiceNow modules and automating business processes.

- Experience with ServiceNow's Script Include, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :


- Experience with additional ServiceNow modules, such as Security Incident Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Customer Service Management (CSM), or HR Service Delivery.


- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.

- Prior experience in a client-facing role managing ServiceNow implementation for large-scale organizations.

- Experience with ITIL best practices, preferably with certification in ITIL Foundation or higher
