Qualifications:
Must have
4 to 6 years of total IT experience
Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow Support and Development experience
BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent field
ServiceNow Certifications - CSA
Good to have
ITIL Foundation V3 or v4 certification
ServiceNow Certifications – CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CIS-SPM
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must have
Experience with ServiceNow modules - ITSM, SPM, CSM, IntegrationHub
Experience with application support and development activities.
Ability to develop quality solutions independently.
Experience creating and configuring ServiceNow Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Flows and ACLs.
Understanding or experience with technical aspects of ServiceNow such as JavaScript, XML, HTML, AngularJS, CSS, LDAP, MS Active Directory, SSO, SOAP and REST.
Code debugging techniques.
Write code adhering to coding best practices.
Good to have

Ability to work in shifts or out of standard working hours
Experience with Upgrade and Cloning activities.
Knowledge of Service Portal, UI Builder, Workspaces, Integrations, Now Assist, Performance Analytics, Scoped applications,
Experience with working in a client-facing environment.
Professional Requirements:
Strong written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
