Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at UniquesCadd, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our team. Here are the key responsibilities:

Sourcing and Screening:Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to source potential candidates. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess qualifications.

Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Develop effective recruitment strategies.

Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Communicate clearly and promptly with applicants.Advantage of Engineering Industry Experience:Candidates with experience in the engineering industry will have an added advantage. Familiarity with technical roles, terminology, and skillsets is beneficial.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships. Familiarity with local talent pools in Ahmedabad.Location and Hours:Thaltej, Ahmedabad. Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Salary Criteria:25k - 28k a Month
