What You'll Do

  • Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Drive revenue growth while optimizing for ROAS, CAC, and conversions.Create and test new ad copies, creatives,
  • and audience strategies.
  • Dive into analytics to uncover insights and continuously improve performance.Collaborate with the creative team
  • to develop scroll-stopping assets.
  • Build weekly/monthly reports and share key learnings with management.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and competitor strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google & Meta Ads for D2C or e-commerce brands.
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns while keeping CAC low and ROAS high.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Merchant Center, Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • A creative + performance balance: you know when to crunch numbers and when to try bold new ideas.
  • Eager to take ownership and grow with a scaling brand.
