Location: Greater NoidaDepartment: Marketing & AdmissionsJob Overview: The Head of Digital Marketing will lead the institution’s digital strategy with a primary focus on lead generation, brand visibility, and increasing student enrollments . The role requires expertise in managing all digital channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, website, and digital campaigns, while ensuring alignment with institutional goals.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads and drive admissions .Manage and enhance the institution’s social media presence , content, and engagement across platforms.Plan and monitor SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and paid campaigns to maximize ROI.Oversee website performance, analytics, and user experience , ensuring AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) readiness.Coordinate with creative and content teams for impactful digital communication and campaigns.Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize digital initiatives and lead conversions .Stay updated on digital trends in the education sector to maintain competitive edge.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing , preferably in an educational institution (mandatory).Strong understanding of lead funnels, AEO/SEO, and digital campaign analytics.Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
