Location: Greater Noida Department: Marketing & Admissions Job Overview: The Head of Digital Marketing will lead the institution’s digital strategy with a primary focus on lead generation, brand visibility, and increasing student enrollments . The role requires expertise in managing all digital channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, website, and digital campaigns, while ensuring alignment with institutional goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads and drive admissions . Manage and enhance the institution’s social media presence , content, and engagement across platforms. Plan and monitor SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and paid campaigns to maximize ROI. Oversee website performance, analytics, and user experience , ensuring AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) readiness. Coordinate with creative and content teams for impactful digital communication and campaigns. Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize digital initiatives and lead conversions . Stay updated on digital trends in the education sector to maintain competitive edge. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing , preferably in an educational institution (mandatory). Strong understanding of lead funnels, AEO/SEO, and digital campaign analytics. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
