Profile Description

IKS Health is seeking passionate, strategic and entrepreneurial Product Managers to manage our product portfolio as we aim to become a comprehensive Care Enablement Platform. The incumbent will be part of the Product Management Team at IKS Health and will be an important enabler to IKS Health’s vision of building a Physician Enablement Platform of the future.

The incumbent will work closely with various teams within IKS, collaborating closely with our clients, to help execute on a differentiated customer-centric, product vision and strategy. We seek Product Managers with passion and track record for innovation and creative, out of the box thinking, with exceptional collaborative skills to help execute on our product strategy in one of the most successful partnerships in the ambulatory healthcare space in the US.

The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set including deep analytical skills, excellent business judgment, strategic conceptualization skills, strong negotiation skills, a deep curiosity about how things work, and a passion for creating a superior product & services experience for our customers. The role is inherently cross-functional. The incumbent will work closely with colleagues from operations, finance, marketing, design and development, operation and tech teams and must have the leadership presence, communication & persuasion skills to represent the team. The incumbent must also be customer-obsessed with strong self-motivation and project/product management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Segmentation & Product Positioning

  • Identify key customer segments and their needs, and help position our products for each segment

Product / Market Evaluation

  • To conduct investigation and analysis on the product and the product market.
  • Process all the available information, identify opportunities, and present these to the Head of Product for launching & commercializing products.

Product Definition

  • Work with the Design and Development team (for new products/services) and other IKS teams (for existing products/services) to define the product/service offering, including customer segments, customer needs, buying criteria, potential offerings for various customer segments

Continuous Product Efficiency Enhancement

  • Work collaboratively with Delivery, Technology and Design & Development teams to continuously enhance the efficiency & profitability of the product portfolio.

Pricing & Commercial Models

  • Work with IKS sales and delivery teams to review existing pricing models for various clients, review IKS costing models, and identify the right pricing for our products/services so that clients get the right “return on investment” (ROI) and IKS meets its profitability targets.

Product ROI Models

  • Create “return on investment” (ROI) models for all products that quantify the financial and other upsides that clients get from IKS products and services.
  • Validate and refine these ROI models based on feedback from IKS clients

Product Marketing

  • Developing positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and enabling the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure they are aligned and work efficiently to generate and close opportunities. This will include, conducting Competitive Landscape Analysis & Market Signals analysis to determine product positioning

Product Penetration & Adoption

  • Work with various teams, including Sales & Marketing, to penetrate IKS’ Product Suite in the market.


Education & Experience

  • 8+ years in Product Management / Corporate Strategy / New venture planning
  • Start-up founders will be highly preferred
  • Experience with US Healthcare is preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in developing new businesses / products
  • Cultural mobility to work with multi-geography cross-functional teams
  • Thorough knowledge of product strategy, commercialization, implementation, and strategic analysis
  • Demonstrated marketing and market research skills
  • Demonstrated strong UX and UI orientation
  • Demonstrated management, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The performance of the Product Management Function will be closely linked to delivery against IKS’ vision to create the Physician Enablement Platform of the future. The performance will be monitored in the following 3 areas that determine IKS’ value:

Top-Line Contribution

- Share of Revenue from New Product Development

- Share of Revenue from Value / Risk sharing

- Share of Revenue from Bundling of Products


Bottom-Line Contribution

- Time to Break-Even on New Products / Services developed

- Annual improvement in Revenue / Employee (or other measures of profitability) for the Product Portfolio


Strategic Value Contribution

- Annual improvement in Client Wallet Share through the development of New Products

- Penetration of Client Wallet Share potential with IKS Product Suite
