About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, and employee engagement initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding and communication, while working closely with the HR and operations teams. Responsibilities Source and screen candidates through job portals and . Coordinate and schedule interviews. Maintain HR databases and documentation. Support onboarding, leave tracking, and employee engagement activities. Assist in preparing HR documents and ensuring compliance with policies. Requirements Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Familiar with Google Workspace or MS Office.
