The role involves reviewing and verifying documentation of healthcare professionals to ensure complete compliance with client, state, and federal requirements. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive audits of personnel documentation for US healthcare professionals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance standards. Review and validate employment records including licenses, certifications, education proofs, background checks, I-9 forms, and other credentialing documents. Audit and verify all immunization records required for healthcare assignments, including vaccination status updates and medical clearances. Ensure all files meet healthcare credentialing requirements such as HIPAA, OSHA, and Joint Commission guidelines. Audit data entries in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases to maintain documentation integrity and consistency. Identify missing or expired credentials, immunizations, and certifications, and coordinate follow-up with internal compliance and onboarding teams. Communicate regularly with third-party background and credentialing vendors to ensure timely document updates and renewals. Generate audit reports summarizing documentation status, non-compliance findings, and recommended corrective actions. Support compliance training initiatives by sharing best practices and audit insights to strengthen internal documentation standards. Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive healthcare and employment records. Requirements: Experience in HR or compliance auditing, specifically within US healthcare staffing or credentialing operations. Strong knowledge of healthcare documentation, certifications, and immunization compliance requirements. Proficiency in I-9 verification, audit reporting, and data validation. Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and vendor management tools.
