Job Overview-:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and demonstrate exceptional communication and customer engagement skills. This role involves working closely with our sales team to design and present tailored cybersecurity solutions to potential clients, ensuring their specific needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with potential customers to understand their cybersecurity needs, challenges, and objectives with the salesperson
Conduct detailed technical presentations to showcase Kratikal's cybersecurity solutions
Design and propose customized cybersecurity solutions, including compliance with standards like SOC 2, GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, DPDP Act, Regulatory Compliance (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, UIDAI), & VAPT.
Collaborate closely with the business development team to provide technical expertise during client interactions
Develop and present technical proposals, proofs of concept, and solution architectures with the help of the internal compliance team for customised requirements
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and support the closing of deals
Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
2-3 years of pre-sales experience, and familiarity with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends
Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and technologies, including compliance standards like SOC 2, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and VAPT.
Experience in supporting sales teams, understanding the sales cycle, and aligning cybersecurity solutions with business objectives.
Strong skills in managing pre-sales activities, solving technical challenges, and overseeing projects.
