Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Intern role located on-site in Mumbai. As an HR Intern, you will assist in various HR functions, including managing HR policies, personnel management, employee benefits administration, and HR management. You will also support the HR team in daily administrative tasks, contribute to employee engagement activities, and help in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies knowledge
  • Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus
