Hasperis a fullstack solution in Python that enables customers to buildinternalfacing data products and workflows using LLMs and MLRS (MLat Reasonable Scale) robustly and quickly. It trades scale of datafor speed of development and deployment strong auditability andlower skill. With the tradeoffs Hasper is able to deliver 5xspeedup over existing development processes and tools and enablesendtoend productionisation of use cases with a remarkably highsuccessrate.

Asa Lead Engineer you will work on extending functionality forHasper. Your role will also include delivering working systems atopHasper for Scribble s customers with high attentiontodetailensuring trust robustness performance and ease of use. Yourresponsibilities willinclude:
  • Develophighperformance data processingsystems.
  • Develop and deploy robust distributedscalable near realtime data processing infrastructure that cansupport various downstream applications including reportinganalytics user intelligence machine learning and decisionsupport.
  • Incorporate customer feedback and newasks from customers into ongoingdeliverables.
  • Accept nothing less thantopquality code and think in terms of code reviews unit integrationendtoend tests in a fastmoving development environment deliveringincremental value daily.
  • Track and researchemerging trends as well as competitors thereby creating feedbackloops for the product team.

Requirements
  • 5years industry experience in backenddevelopment
  • Fluency in Python; you know thelanguage and its quirks not having just writtenscripts.
  • Strong command ofSQL.
  • Strong understanding of computer scienceconcepts (OOD algorithm design data structures algorithms executionand memory optimization).
  • Strong softwareengineering skills systemlevel thinking and problemsolving abilitypaired with the love to build and ship robust code.
  • Experience developing and publishing APIsusing web services.
  • Strong communication andcollaboration skills to work with stakeholders from differentbackgrounds.
  • Bachelors/Masters in ComputerScience.
