Responsibilitiesa)Lead the design development and maintenance of scalable andhighperformance backend systems using Javatechnologiesb) Backend Development: Designdevelop and maintain robust scalable backend systems using Java andrelated technologies.c) Creating databaseschemas that represent and support businessprocesses.d) Writing clean optimizedreadable Java code.e) Provide mentorship andguidance to junior developers helping them grow their technicalskills and advance their careers.f) Createand maintain technical documentation including system architecturediagrams API documentation and deploymentprocedures.g) Lead a team of developers andjuniordevelopers
Requirements:a)Deep understanding of Software process engineering withobjectoriented programming.b) Familiar withvarious design and architectural patterns with good problemsolvingskills.c) Proficient with latest version ofwebframeworks associated with Spring platform like Security RESTBoot microservices.d) Experience workingwith application and web servers like Nginx TomcatWildfly.e) Good understanding of versioncontrol systems such as GIT Gitlab.f) Goodknowledge of SQL engines like MySQL Postgres etc. and workingexperience of nonSQL engines like MongoDB.g)Expertise in writing clean optimized readable Javacode.h) Experience of having worked onscalable architecture and high data tractionapplicationsi) Excellent debugging skillsExceptions handling Swagger/API documentation Auditlogging.j) MySQL MongoDB &serverside profiling skills.k) Experience inbasic frontend technologies like HTML JavaScript CSS AjaxjQuery.l) Understanding of the DesignPatterns Architectural Blueprints UML and ApplicationDesignm) Handson with AWS cloudservicesn) Experience with CI/CD tools(Jenkins Kubernetes AKS Docker GITHUB)o)Experience in high data structure and managementp) Experience of running Tech triage RRRProduct line management q)Effective communication with Min 1 year of experience of peoplemanagement r)Min 2 years of Tech lead experience on a specific project carryingendend design and developments) Min 1 yearTech lead experience of managing a project with sprintagilemethodology t) Very goodpresentation skillsu) Should have providedmentorship and guidance to junior developers
