Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in user interface design, graphic design, and visual storytelling to join our creative team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in visual design, user experience strategy , and experience in brand identity and digital asset creation .

You will be responsible for executing and contributing to creative initiatives across websites, landing pages, digital campaigns , and performance-driven user journeys . This role requires a hands-on designer who thrives in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment , collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging the latest design and AI tools to craft user-centric experiences that stand out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing and user-centered interfaces for websites, mobile apps, landing pages , and digital campaigns
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides , and consistent brand standards
    • Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to deliver high-impact creative solutions
      • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
        • Design high-quality graphics and visual content for digital ads, social media, and internal branding
          • Conduct UX research and apply user insights to improve design usability and engagement
            • Use AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Uizard, etc., to support faster ideation
              • Manage multiple design projects, maintain timelines, and ensure design consistency and quality
                • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, design tools , and best practices
                  • Mentor junior designers or interns as needed and help uphold creative standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, graphic design , or visual communication
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency or product design environment is highly preferred
    • Proficiency in Figma , Adobe XD , Photoshop , Illustrator , and other design tools
      • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory , and responsive design principles
        • Understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus
          • Familiarity with AI-based design tools like Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Uizard, Lovable, v0, etc.
            • Excellent communication , time management , and collaboration skills
              • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI , or a related field is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, branding , and graphic design work
  • Experience with user research, usability testing , and conversion-focused design
    • Exposure to performance marketing and data-driven design decisions
