Responsibilities:


  • Develop Relationships:
  • Conduct targeted outreach to architects and interior designers within the designated region.
  • Cultivate strong professional relationships to enhance brand recognition and trust.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and design professionals, fostering long-term partnerships.


  • Brand Advocacy:
  • Introduce our brand and the Tulio range to architects and interior designers.
  • Articulate the unique value proposition of our products, emphasizing quality, design, and versatility.
  • Promote brand awareness through presentations, and networking.
  • Conduct Walk-ins to Architects/ Interior Designers offices to schedule meetings and introduce our brand.


  • Product Expertise:
  • Showcase the Tulio collection to architects and interior designers, demonstrating a deep understanding of its features and benefits.
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge to address inquiries and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials that effectively communicate product attributes.


  • Repeat Engagement:
  • Maintain consistent communication with architects and interior designers to nurture ongoing relationships.
  • Keep design professionals informed of new product launches, special promotions, and industry updates.
  • Proactively seek feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.


  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic prospecting, including cold calling and walk-ins.
  • Gather relevant information to assess prospects' needs and preferences.
  • Hand over qualified leads to the Design and Project Advisor (DPA) for further follow-up and conversion.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's OR Master’s degree in Fashion Communication, Fashion Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relations, preferably within the design or home decor industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to relationship-building and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed.
  • Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetic trends.
