Droidal is seeking a skilled and experienced Team Lead and Senior RPA(Robotic Process Automation) Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Team Lead and Senior RPA Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions using a new automation platform or any open source RPA platform. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver efficient and effective automation solutions that streamline workflows and enhance productivity.


Location of work is Hybrid – With a combination of Chennai or Coimbatore office presence and remote.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and identify automation opportunities
  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using a new RPA platform as identified by the client, adhering to best practices and coding standards
  • Lead the development team members, develop and deployment of robots, workflows, and automation processes
  • Customize and configure automation components to meet specific business needs
  • Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless operation and data flow
  • Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and project team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and IT support staff to deliver successful automation projects
  • Stay updated on the latest automation features, tools, and technologies, and evaluate their potential for implementation
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure high-quality deliverables and maintainable solutions


Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 6-8 years of related experience required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • At least 5 years of any of the leading RPA platform (UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism) development experience.
  • Must have atleast 1 RPA certification.
  • Experience developing and supporting multiple bots, both attended and unattended.
  • Experience with integration, deployment and CI/CD pipeline support.
  • Experience providing support for infrastructure assessment & scaling; Platform test (performance, load, stress, integration); Monitoring and Logging; RPA package maintenance and new package identification; Source code and release management; Automation impact assessment; New Bot assessment and prioritization; Production issue resolution, incident management.
  • Experience developing Proofs of Concepts (Security, logging, auditing, account functionality, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work well independently or in a team setting.
