Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced RPA Solutions Architect with a proven track record in the realm of Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of RPA technologies, particularly Blue Prism and other prominent RPA tools, and demonstrate expertise in deploying RPA solutions within cloud environments.

As an RPA Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in conducting comprehensive business process assessments, leading teams of RPA developers and testers, and collaborating across a spectrum of auxiliary tools and technologies.

Responsibilities :

RPA Solution Design :


- Design and architect end-to-end RPA solutions, leveraging Blue Prism and other RPA tools, to automate business processes and drive operational efficiency.

Business Process Assessment :


- Conduct comprehensive assessments of business processes to identify automation opportunities and determine the suitability of RPA implementation.

Cloud Deployment Expertise :


- Deploy RPA solutions within cloud environments, demonstrating a keen understanding of the nuances and intricacies inherent in such deployments, including security, scalability, and performance considerations.

Integration with Auxiliary Tools :


- Collaborate across a spectrum of auxiliary tools and technologies, including Optical Character Recognition (OCR) tools, cloud services, and other integrated solutions relevant to the RPA landscape, to enhance automation capabilities and achieve business objectives.

Leadership Proficiency :


- Provide leadership and guidance to teams of RPA developers and testers, fostering a collaborative environment conducive to innovation and excellence.

- Mentor team members, facilitate knowledge sharing, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management :


- Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand business requirements, communicate technical solutions, and ensure alignment between RPA initiatives and business objectives.

Technical Documentation :


- Prepare technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, design specifications, and deployment guides, to support the implementation and maintenance of RPA solutions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Advanced degree preferred.

- 10-15 years of experience in the field of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), with a focus on solution architecture and deployment.

- Proven expertise in Blue Prism and other prominent RPA tools, including hands-on experience in designing and implementing RPA solutions.

- Demonstrated experience in deploying RPA solutions within cloud environments, with a strong understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices.

- Familiarity with auxiliary tools and technologies relevant to the RPA landscape, such as Optical Character Recognition (OCR) tools, cloud services, and integrated solutions.

- Leadership proficiency, with a track record of effectively leading teams of RPA developers and testers in a collaborative and results-driven environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business value through automation and process optimization.
